About Kate Gosselin

Kate Gosselin was born Katie Irene Kreide on March 28, 1975. After high school the unassuming Pennsylvania native became a registered nurse and in
1999 she wed Jon Gosselin. With the help of fertility treatments the couple welcomed twin girls Cara Nicole and Madelyn Kate “Mady” on October 8, 2000. Less than four years later the couple underwent additional fertility treatments and conceived sextuplets: Alexis Faith, Hannah Joy, Aaden Jonathan, Collin Thomas, Leah Hope and Joel Kevin.
